Follow these steps to use the 西班牙&E申请系统:

• If your company has previously been issued a company code by 西班牙&E, please select "I'm a Contractor and have a Company Code" on the registration page. (Using a provided company code will allow you immediate access to the status of applications already submitted to 西班牙&E).

• If your company has not been issued a company code and you have not submitted a Net Energy Metering application previously, select "I'm a Contractor and don't have a Company Code" on the registration page.

• 如果你是一个自安装者, please select "I'm Self Installing and don't have a Company Code" on the registration page.

• Refer to the DIIS用户指南  to begin the application process.

Net Energy Metering applications for interconnection must be filled out through our online form. Most residential customers will use this form.

Please submit your application two (2) weeks prior to city and/or county inspection being released. Submitting your application within this time-frame will minimize or avoid unexpected delays in the application approval process.

快速通道流程

Customers are eligible for the 快速通道流程 if the system size is less than 30kW, the application is submitted 5 business days prior to the city/county inspection, and there are no access issues on the property.  In order to apply for the 快速通道流程 the application must include a clear digital photo of the plaque and the electric meter (in the same frame).  These additional items will need to be uploaded along with the single line diagram.

The NEM application may take up to 15 minutes to complete. To prevent your session from timing out, please have all required documents on hand before starting the application process.
